Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Master Data Management lead (MDM) to take full accountability for the management, integration, governance, and quality assurance of offer lifecycle data across Secure Power division PIM, ERP and PDM ecosystems. In this role, you will act as the master of data for Oracle ERP, C2G (middleware MDG platform ) ensuring data excellence, seamless interoperability, and consistent execution across global platforms. You will partner closely with cross functional stakeholders- including Product Owners, LOB data admins, CTO and E2E Process & Data Architects, and Engineers- to enable high quality data and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

Master Data Management & Standardization
  • Serve as the trusted adviser on offer data structuration and standardization across the LOB's.
  • Support all ERP and C2G activities as part of the ORLM centralized process in Secure Power.
  • Ensure offer and product data adheres to standardization strategies and enhances the value, usability, and interoperability of digital tools
  • Champion PIM and PDM as the single source of truth for offer lifecycle and product data.
Data Integration
  • Create and maintain Commercial References (CRs) in PIM according to governance and quality metrics.
  • Support product promotion and change notices across PDM and ERP systems
  • Collaborate with the E2E Process & Data Architect to ensure CRs/parts are executable, scalable, and consistent across the entire offer ecosystems.
  • Coordinate test data creation and readiness for upcoming releases, contributing to successful UAT.
Governance, Quality & Compliance
  • Ensure all CRs meet NDNL, ODA offer requirements.
  • Ensure product data meets Engineering Data Quality KPIs


Qualifications

Qualifications and Skills:
  • A bachelors or master in related field.
  • Three plus years of experience with product lifecycle management and/or master data management activities.

  • Excellent communicator with the ability to translate offer requirements into actionable data requirements
  • Strong collaboration across global, cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong understanding of digital tools such as PIM, DAM, Oracle ERP, C2G
  • Experience in offer lifecycle management and product data management.
