Description:

What will you do:
  • Lead the global strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise learning technologies, with primary ownership of Cornerstone OnDemand CSOD and adjacent platforms LXP, content management, and analytics.
  • This role drives multi region programs from discovery through value realisation, modernises processes through automation and data, and ensures learning solutions are secure, scalable, and integrated with Schneider Digital architecture and HR ecosystems.

  • • On time and on budget delivery of roadmap initiatives.
  • • Platform stability and performance SLA adherence, incident reduction, change success rate.
  • • Adoption and business impact learning completion, time to competence, content ROI, learning NPS.
  • • Compliance performance audit pass rate, regulatory readiness.
  • • Operational efficiency reductions in manual effort, improved admin productivity, and cost savings.


What's in it for you:
  • • Define and execute the learning technology roadmap aligned to enterprise HR and Digital strategy, prioritising initiatives by value, risk, capacity, and technical feasibility.
  • • Champion digital learning innovations AI driven recommendations, skills inference, adaptive learning, and learning analytics to improve adoption, completion, and time to competence.
  • • 8 to 10 years of progressive experience in Learning and Development technology or HRIS, with at least 3 years leading global programs or large scale platform initiatives.
  • • Deep hands on experience with Cornerstone OnDemand or equivalent LMS LXP administration, configuration, and release management.
  • • Demonstrated success in stakeholder management across senior HR, business leaders, and IT, with strong influencing and negotiation skills.
  • • Proven track record in systems integration
  • • Strong understanding of e learning standards SCORM, xAPI and learning data flows to LRS and analytics platforms.
  • • Expertise in Agile delivery Scrum, Kanban and enterprise governance stage gate, PMO, benefits tracking.
  • • Excellent communication, executive ready storytelling, and structured problem
• Bachelor degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Learning Technologies, or related field.
