Description:
At Schneider Digital, we are seeking a skilled ETL Developer with expertise in SQL, SSIS, and Alteryx. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in ETL development and data integration, with a strong focus on designing, developing, and maintaining ETL processes to support our data warehousing and business intelligence initiatives.
Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain ETL processes using SQL, SSIS, and Alteryx.
- Collaborate with business analysts and data architects to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient ETL workflows.
- Optimize and troubleshoot ETL processes to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance.
- Develop and maintain documentation for ETL processes, data mappings, and data flows.
- Perform data profiling and data quality assessments to ensure data consistency and reliability.
- Monitor ETL jobs and workflows, addressing any issues or failures promptly.
- Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to ensure best practices and coding standards are followed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in ETL and data integration.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in ETL development using SQL, SSIS, and Alteryx.
- Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases.
- Hands-on experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services) and/or Alteryx for ETL development.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts and best practices.
- Knowledge of cloud-based data integration platforms.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
