Description:

  • Delivering technical support to field team on various LV & MV products and solutions
  • On-site intervention for complex technical issues
  • Issue analysis and to lead technical discussions with customers on resolution and root cause analysis
  • Competency management of direct and partner engineers for LV & MV domain
  • Work with Manufacturing, domain expert technical teams, Engineering, R& D and global teams on technical subjects
  • Product lifecycle management for LV & MV products
  • Key Technical Expert for identified accounts
  • Make sure that safety guidelines and execution discipline is adhered to.
  • Build and share best practices with the global ecosystem.
  • Conduct regular trainings for L1 engineer and work with regional team in developing the competency on existing and new products.

    • Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or equivalent
  • Minimum 10 years of hands on experience on LV & MV domain
  • Field Experience on LV & MV products
  • Experience of handling Data Centre, IT, Industry customer segment
  • Experience in Datacenter software would be a plus
  • Knowledge of Electricals (Breaker, Contactors, Relays, VFD.. etc)
  • Knowledge on Industrial communication (Modbus, serial.. etc)
