Title: IT Business Systems Analyst

Role Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst with 3 to 5 years of experience to drive the translation of business requirements into technical solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both business processes and technical systems, enabling them to define product features, create technical documentation, and manage solution delivery in an agile environment. This role requires strong analytical skills, stakeholder collaboration, and project management capabilities

Main responsibilities
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze functional requirements.
  • Translate business needs into technical specifications and product features.
  • Support in solution architecture and document technical requirements for development teams.
  • Create and maintain project plans, track execution progress, and manage risks.
  • Work closely with developers, testers, and product managers to ensure timely delivery.
  • Use data analytics to interpret usage patterns and recommend feature enhancements.
  • Coordinate with technical teams for integrations
  • Ensure alignment across cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
  • Maintain documentation including user stories, acceptance criteria, and solution design.
  • Continuously improve processes and contribute to internal knowledge repositories.

  • Experience and Skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • 3-5 years of experience in a techno-functional or business analyst role.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
  • Experience in converting business requirements into technical deliverables.
  • Good to have proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, SQL).
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
