We empower our partners and customers to navigate the challenges of energy transition, driving digitization and sustainability across industries.About the Role: The LV Panel Builder Partner Support Program Management Lead plays a critical role in ensuring Schneider Electric's brand is effectively represented and delivered by our partners. This role involves overseeing partner audits, driving digitization initiatives, and leading the development of a best-in-class partner ecosystem. The ideal candidate will possess strong technical expertise in low voltage panels, alongside exceptional communication and leadership skills.Mission: This position exists to provide leadership and business insights that significantly impact the effectiveness of the LV Panel Builder Partner Support Program. Key responsibilities include managing 120 partners and overseeing a revenue of 650 crore INR.Roles and Responsibilities (Technical): Strategic Growth for Panel Builders: Collaborate with corporate, regional, and segment sales teams to develop and implement a program strategy that financially motivates and supports Panel Builders in selling the One SE product portfolio.Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities and drive incremental revenue.Program Management: Lead the mySchneider Panel Builder program, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.Manage the deployment of any program for Panel Builders, adhering to scope, schedule, resource, and budget commitments as outlined in the Project Management Plan.Channel Upskilling & Cross Skilling: Define and implement sales training programs to enhance the capabilities of channel partners.Develop systems and resources that enable partners to conduct business profitably, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge.Performance Evaluation: Define and design performance indicators to assess the impact of the Channel and Partner development program.Regularly evaluate program effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to enhance outcomes.Digital Engagement and Market Coverage: Drive digital engagement initiatives to improve communication and collaboration with channel partners.Develop and implement a channel coverage plan that maximizes market penetration and partner engagement.Technical Expertise on Systems: Provide in-depth knowledge regarding specifications, cost structures, and competitive actions.Lead end-to-end implementation of digitization and software solutions at partner locations, including setting up live demos.Roles and Responsibilities (Behavioral): Leadership: Inspire and influence channel partners and internal teams to achieve strategic goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.Communication: Exhibit exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity and transparency in all interactions with stakeholders.Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, aligning their needs with business objectives and creating a unified approach.Problem-Solving: Employ analytical thinking to proactively identify challenges and opportunities, driving innovative solutions that enhance channel performance.Academic Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) is a plus.Competencies Required: Job Related Experience: 10-14 years of experience in a commercial setup, with a strong focus on channel management and experience working with channel partners.Business Understanding: Strong ability to visualize and identify market trends, formulating strategic scenarios that differentiate our offerings.Proficiency in working seamlessly with stakeholders to understand market dynamics.Technical Skills: Proven track record in channel sales and project management, with a strong engineering background.Technically adept with a deep understanding of channel partner programs and operations.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills, both verbal and written.Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse teams and partners.Language Skills: Proficiency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
