Join us as a Principal Industrialization Engineer and become the technical expert driving plastic component and tooling excellence. You'll lead high-impact projects, optimize manufacturing processes, and collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable, sustainable solutions.

What will you do?
  • Manage industrial projects including localization, transfers, and capacity increases to optimize manufacturing operations
  • Diagnose and implement process and layout improvements that enhance efficiency and product quality
  • Lead cross-functional coordination across procurement, quality, and logistics to ensure project success
  • Act as the global expert in plastic component and tooling processes, setting standards and best practices
