Description:

Job Title Expert, Manhattan Active WMS

Exp 7-10 yrs

Location - Bangalore

  • Hands-on experience working with Manhattan Active Warehouse Management (MAWM).
  • Experience on performing configuration across inbound, outbound, and inventory management workflows.
  • Experience in working with MAWM functionalities including:
  • Receiving, Putaway, Inventory Management, Wave Management, Cubing, Loading, and Shipping.
  • Experience in working for support projects.
  • Experience in debugging issues using APIs, Postman.
  • Good to have knowledge on proactive
  • Knowledge on environment setup in postman and collection creation
  • Resolve P1 incidents within the defined SLA and communicate status updates to business stakeholders.
  • Analyse incidents and provide timely workarounds to ensure business continuity.
  • Experience in conducting Fit/Gap analysis, design, system setup, configuration, testing and implementation, documentation & training
  • Collaborate with onsite and offshore functional/technical teams for issue resolution and enhancements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, oral, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a structured, collaborative, and time-bound environment.
