Description:

Join our dynamic team as an Electronics Product Design Engineer and be at the forefront of innovative electronic solutions that shape tomorrow's technology landscape!

What will you do:
  • Perform independent testing and validation of power electronic products, ensuring compliance with design specifications and applicable standards.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot analog, digital, and power electronic circuits, identifying root causes of failures and recommending corrective actions.
  • Support qualification and evaluation of critical electronic components such as IGBTs, magnetics, thyristors, capacitors, cooling fans, and related subsystems.
  • Operate and manage laboratory test equipment including CRO/oscilloscopes, AC/DC sources, autotransformers, multimeters, and data loggers for accurate measurements and reporting.
  • Understand product architecture, configurations, and operational requirements to support testing, application, and performance improvements.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (R& D, Quality, Manufacturing, Service, and Supply Chain) to resolve technical issues and ensure smooth product execution.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for customer-reported product issues, supporting investigation, documentation, and long-term resolution.
  • Prepare detailed test reports, qualification documentation, and technical inputs to support product reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
  • Good understanding of power electronic Products with 5+ years of experience
  • Good understanding of analog and digital circuits, and power electronics circuits.
  • Capable of running independent tests. • Good Knowledge in Basic Troubleshooting of Products.
  • Work efficiently with different Cross-Functional teams.
  • Knowledge of test equipment, CRO, AC Source, DC Source, Auto transformers, Multimeters, Data loggers
  • Good communication skills.
  • Support Qualification of Electronic components such as IGBTs, Magnetics, Thyristors, AC/DC capacitors, FAN's, etc
  • Understand Products' Architecture design, specification, applicable standards, configuration, application & operations related to products.
  • Support Root cause analysis of Customer Issues related to Products.
