Job Description: The GSC single point of contact of the plant for Offer Lifecycle Management to lead backlog prioritization, sprint planning commitment, plant resource allocation & monitoring for all activities related to offer lifecycle management (Majority Maintaining activities)

Basic Global: •Able to understand the purpose of SPC / PC (digital or not) and able to monitor results •Able to understand RPN in FMEA and know the RPN level of the production lines /sectors in their scope •Be familiar with different solutions existing to decrease RPN level: Poka Yoke / Jidoka, PC, Interlocking and be able to select one •Able to apply basic Quality Methods & to use the Digital Tools (ex: ePFMEA, eP2CP, #eSurveillance, eDerogation, #SPC, Smart rejection Tracker, #MES, #iTAC) For Manufacturing: •Understand Customer Critical Requirements and the main functionality and technology of the product •Have the knowledge about the manufacturing process / sectors and products in their scope (able to present CTQ & CTP) •Able to define PCP taking inputs from PFMEA, PQCS/P, CQCS/P, ... •Know the purpose and difference with concept of Jidoka and Poka Yoke •Able to read drawing with standard and check the conformity of the part For Logistic: •Able to define PCP taking inputs from PFMEA •Able to understand the end-to-end Supply Chain activities and their impacts on customer delivery experience •Able to understand the use of the supporting IT tools used to execute the deliveries, between order placed until the delivery at customer door Acronyms: CQCS/P: Component Quality Control Specifications / Plan CTP: Critical To Process parameters CTQ: Critical To Quality characteristics PC: Process Control PQCS/P = Product Quality Control Specifications / Plan RPN: Risk Priority Number For Manufacturing: from the launching of the product in the manufacturing until the end of life.
