Demonstrate an advanced ability to problem solve, maintain professionalism andcall control with all customer/ASP concerns or issues. CAT Executive must also reflect the ability to properly notatea customer's/ASP account when any contact is made. CAT Executive are also required to communicate with otherdepartments on behalf of customers/ASP to resolve customer issues, effectively communicate appropriate charges, company policies, and/or procedures as determined at the time of the call.Ability to communicate orally and in writing in a clear, professional and straightforward mannerAbility to multi task as well as handle multiple customer/ASP issues at a timeAbility to provide good time managementAbility to diffuse escalated customer situations through high level problem solvingAbility to communicate with all levels of management and company personnelAbility to use and understand all of the company software necessary for us to provideWorld Class Customer ServiceAbility to work independently and follow directions related to your job with little follow-up by your supervisorAbility to ensure customers is receiving call backs and follows up as communicated by the customer service representativeExpress a positive, professional, and upbeat attitude when speaking with customers/carriersProviding the highest levels of customer service as it pertains to any consumer mattersMaintain the highest level of professionalism at all timesAdhere to all other company policies and procedures relating to customer accountsReceive inbound calls from customers calling for the following: Pick up time/day confirmationDelivery time/day confirmationEscalating any issues or concerns to the appropriate department or managerWhat qualifications will make you successful for this role?- (fill in - what are the qualifications that are required for this role?
