What will you do?- Oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations and ensure consistent execution of standards across all shifts
- Coordinate production planning, prioritize workflows, and allocate people and equipment to meet targets
- Monitor KPIs, address quality and safety deviations, and resolve blockers through structured escalation
- Collaborate with maintenance, supply chain, and quality teams to stabilize performance and implement improvement initiatives
