Job overview:
The DGM - Supply Quality is responsible for ensuring that all incoming materials and components from suppliers meet quality standards and specifications, while also actively engaging in supplier collaboration and qualification to enhance overall supply chain quality. Additionally, the role involves fostering customer satisfaction, driving impact in sustainability, contributes to the supplier strategy and leveraging digital tools to optimize quality processes.
Mission
•Identify day-to-day non-quality factors, conduct or have other departments conduct in-depth analyses and monitor quality improvement plans at suppliers.
•Identify potential issues before they occur and implement preventive solutions.
•Lead quality issue resolution through containment, correction and prevention steps and check effectiveness of suppliers' actions.
•Conduct process audits at suppliers and launch improvement action plans to help them develop their quality performance.
•Follow and act as per Corporate Schneider Supplier Quality Management (SSQM) guideline applying Schneider Performance System (SPS) card 9A (Supplier Quality) requirements
Key responsibilities
Pilot the Part/Product Qualification Process and manage Supplier performance at the level of the plant, with a coordination role (hierarchical or functional) of quality supply assurance engineers
Actively apply and is involved in Supplier Qualification Process
•Manage the sustainability recovery of his plant panel of suppliers
Main activities
•Pilot the containment, corrective and preventives actions to solve the technical part quality issues of the plant using the 8D methodology.
•Address gaps and noncompliance to the suppliers and check the effectiveness of the supplier actions
Manage supplier roadblocks with Supplier and the support of the Regional Supplier Quality Developer (RSQD), Plant Procurement Manager (PPM), Schneider Supplier Leader (SSL), when needed (Plant Supman/Quality review meeting)
•Pilot the qualification of the part through the Production Part Approval Process (PPAP) ) within the Optimize process and participate actively to the
APQP/PPAP with Offer LifeCycle Management (OLM) specifically during the responsibility transfer milestone
Enforce the incoming inspection according to Procedure ProQ_GL06 and optimize it manage the incoming inspection dynamic rules (when applicable in the organization structure)
•Monitor supplier quality performance at the plant level, reports it and manage Most impacting Quality Suppliers actions (Plant Supman/Quality review meeting)
oLevel 0 and level 1 - lead 8D (PRB evaluation), Temporary Quality Wall implementation
oLevel 2 - Contribute with RSQD to SE Process audit, pFMEA evaluation
oBuild annual audit plan
oLead continuous improvement projects
•Manage the Supplier Qualification status and the tool status in a partnership with Tooling & Technology experts
•Lead the End to End PPEP PPAP flow, ensuring PSW signed before mass production
•Manage Suppliers e-derogations in Supplier Process Change Notification (SPCN) animation when plant is impacted
Lead and execute SAM Audits when possible and follow the SAM supplier status Supplier Quality qualification process to assure improvement the plant spplier panel
•Management (hierarchical or functional) of the Quality control Multi Skilled operators (QCS),
•Manage his team according to SPS / SIM rules and cycle event of the plant

Required skills
•Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
•Quality improvement tools, techniques & models
oSE Procurement and Quality Systems related to Supplier Quality management
•ERP system
•Statistical quality techniques and analysis
Education
•Graduated engineer
•English B2 (refer CEFR)
•> 5 years relevant experience - Supplier Quality Management work
