Description:
MISSION
(Why the position exists)
Ensure delivery performance from EMS to fulfill EPC requirement and monitor all the process in place to sustain delivery performance
Drive Collaboration and communication with internal and external stakeholder
Single point of contact with EMS on issue related with EMS
Resolution leader for global level related with any delivery issue from EMS
Standardize the process and performance monitoring using Control Tower giving clarity and visibility to all stake holder

Focus on process standardization
Able to challenge EMS and EPC for better process and performance
Focused don result, set target, evaluate result and drive improvement
Strong management and coordinating skill
NETWORK OF INTERACTION Major interaction parties:
(Internal e.g. colleagues, Sales and Marketing Dept, Unions and etc. External e.g. legal advisor, customers, distributors, Clients and etc)

REQUIREMENTS
Education:
• Industrial Engineering Bachelor
Job Related Experience:
• Supply Chain Manager, Manufacturing Manager, Project Management, Schneider Production System
Business Understanding:
• Supply Chain Flow, production planning, crisis management, Labor Efficiency, Productivity
Others (e.g. language skills, technical skills):
• Supply chain tools: SAP, Kinaxis, SSP, MRP
• Analytical skill, communication skill, Good Interpersonal and Leadership skills.
• Computer literate,
• Fluent in oral and written English.
