Description:

Responsibilities as a CS Testing Training and Events Manager:
  • In charge of planning, creating, documenting, and delivering Trainings related to Cyber security testing in the areas of Vulnerability Assessment & Penetration Testing for the domains of IT and OT
  • In charge of planning, creating, documenting & delivering CS attack and defense demonstrations in various Global conferences
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including global and regional marketing, to identify key events and target audiences, and align on the objectives for CTF events
  • In charge of creating Shift left action plans to push learnings from penetration test findings to earlier phases of SDL through DevSecOps
  • Work with pentest teams to develop innovative tools and automate them
  • Developing long-term strategic plans to elevate security testing standards across the entire SDL
  • People management of young engineers' mentor, coach, and groom them to be deliver things professionally
  • Event Planning and Management: supervise all aspects of cybersecurity conference and event planning, including vendor management, logistics, on-site coordination, event briefing documents, and post-event evaluations
Qualifications

Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience in a large-scale environment.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with at least 5 years of relevant experience in penetration testing and at least 3 years in managing a Pen test lab.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Familiarity with both static and dynamic secure code review is preferred.
  • Certifications such as CREST / CCSP / CISSP / OSCP / OSCE3 / GIAC are preferred.
As a Pentester:
  • Familiar with fundamentals of cryptography.
  • Deep understanding of penetration testing methodologies and tools
  • Collaborate with cybersecurity leadership in the business to deliver Pentests.
  • Author high-quality penetration test reports with professional documentation of identified and exploited vulnerabilities/weaknesses, including detailed remediation guidance for each finding
  • Minimum 5 years of experience performing penetration testing within an industrial control systems environment.
  • Take the lead in developing skilled offensive security engineers.
  • Experience in conducting thick client securityembedded IoT devices assessments is preferred.
