What will you do: We are looking for a devops expert interested in security who would have a primary focus automation of our secops tooling. Optimize process and extend our security tools coverage
S/he would primarily
Organize and run the devops activities for security team; with capacities to
- Maintain security infrastructure solution.
- DevOps foundations (Software delivery & Deployment Methodologies & Tools)Automation of Security Solutions deployement
- Design and implement best practices and blueprints.
- Provide adoption support to Dev Teams through consulting activities on our reference implementations.
- Maintain over the time delivered reference implementations.
- Define & Drive the mitigation/remediation thru the Ops Organization
- Collaborate with the corporate security department to align on the policies.
What will make you successful: - We do cover a large scope of technologies, we do not expect the candidate to be autonomous on all of them:
- E2E Vision: Complete understanding of Software delivery lifecycle from build to run activities
- Cloud: Azure Cloud (Certifications appreciated), AWS (With Rosetta stone is acceptable)
- CI-CD: Github (Yaml pipelines), Ansible.
- Observability: Open Telemetry, Dynatrace, Azure monitor (or equivalent)
- Container platforms: Docker, AKS (K8S) and alternatives (ACA...)
- Infrastructure as code: Terraform or OpenTofu
- Deployment management & Repositories structure: GitOps
- Scripting: PowerShell, Python, Unix Shell...
- Operating system: Windows & Linux
- Collaboration: JIRA, confluence, Github, Sharepoint
- Azure Policies and Guardrails
Experienced with PaaS/IaaS environments in Microsoft Azure, an experience is Landing Zone is a plus
Experience in a small/medium organization delivering services inside a large ecosystem would be a plus
Other skills:
- Experience of run phases to understand challenges related to transition with R& D.
- Very good communication skills to ease adoption of reference implementations
- Ability to guide / Influence the work of a team to improve their DevOps maturity
- Familiar with nonfunctional requirements: Logs, Backup, DRP, Resilient design ...
- Experience in agile project (Safe is a +)
- Golang is a + (Test automation)
- Proactive and autonomous
- Experience of international project / English: Professional

- Clear communication in English - written and verbal - able to discuss with a wide range of different profiles/cultures/management levels.
- Team player able to find its place in our Ops community and to lead by influence.
- Tech-savvy Information Security Professional able to think beyond classic IaaS-based security paradigms: a large part of the IoT offers and platforms is PaaS- or SaaS-based (Azure/AWS) and involves IoT technologies, thus making classic IT perimetric security approaches inefficient.
- Autonomous and proactive Information Security professional able to propose and implement solution in our agile and fast-moving IoT environment.
