What will you do:
  • Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for equipment, software installations, and system integrations through multiple communication channels
  • Analyze energy management systems, building management systems (BMS), and connected asset efficiency to develop comprehensive improvement recommendations
  • Conduct in-depth diagnostic analysis and create detailed reports with actionable solutions for optimizing processes and asset performance
  • Lead customer meetings to present technical recommendations and improvement strategies
  • Monitor and respond to system events, alarms, and notifications while ensuring optimal equipment functionality
