Building the models in 3D Printer, Post Processing of the built models in Fume Hood and Curing of the models in UV Chamber.

Our Team

• We are from PSBU group, we design and manufacturing the WTW/WTB connectors.

• We work on Low Power connectors and carry out basic tests in internal Lab which are part of product design and support the 3D printer through SLA/ DLP process for Engineers, which helps Engineers to make the design decisions.

What You Will Do

• Building the models in 3D Printer, Post Processing of the built models in Fume Hood and Curing of the models in UV Chamber

• Responsible to Procure Resin and IP solution which is needed for the 3D printer on time.

• Responsible to Dispose Used IP solution by co ordinating with cross functional team.

• Responsible to fix the issue in case of machine stoppage.

• Responsible for timely calibration of lab equipment

• Responsible for creating Product specifications, DVP, test summary and test report.

• Responsible for product validation/requalification as per standard and storing/maintaining the results/data in specified location.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Skill on 3D printer design.

• Knowledge on DLP and SLA process - 3D printing process.

• Good understanding of Engineering fundamentals. Able to read and interpret specifications.

• Understanding of product development process

• Flexible and ready for change based on organization need.

• Basic knowledge on resin/material used in SLA and DLP process.

• Confident and capable of handling conference calls.

• Strong oral and written communication.

• Self-driven and quick learner.

• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

• Alignment to MBM philosophy

What Will Put You Ahead

• Diploma in mechanical.

• 2 to 4 years' experience in Testing and at least 1 year experience with 3D printer is added advantage.
