The Delivery Manager will be a part of an international team that designs, develops and delivers new applications for Koch Industries. Koch Industries is a privately held global organization with over 120, 000 employees around the world, with subsidiaries involved in manufacturing, trading, and investments. Koch Global Services (KGS) is being developed in India to extend its IT operations, as well as act as a hub for innovation in the IT function. As KGS rapidly scales up its operations in India, its employees will get opportunities to carve out a career path for themselves within the organization. This role will have the opportunity to join on the ground floor and will play a critical part in helping build KGS over the next several years.

What You Will Do

• Understand GP's IT vision & strategies and ensure that the team is working towards the vision.

• Build and maintain the IT team and Own delivery of IT applications for GP from KGSI

• Coach the employees to enhance value creation.

• Act as a liaison between KGSI IT team supporting GP business and ensure that there is no ambiguity with regards to business requirements

• Conduct performance reviews, compensation reviews for employees and ensure that the team is consistently high performing.

• Interact and communicate effectively with all technical functional and business teams.

• Identify and mitigate any risks associated with team delivery.

• Be a good people manager, manage the team and represents a point of escalation for the team.

• Delivery Manager is responsible for coaching and mentoring others on standard processes and technical best practices.

• Plan and track the work schedule and resource utilization.

• Highlight any delays / issues and work on mitigation plan

• Participate in team selection and hiring and coaching.

• Communicate with the relevant stakeholders.

• Be trusted partner and work together to deliver value from KGSI.

• Working with functional and technical teams that are both India-based and US-based

• Working with team to determine Integration strategy and governance models.

• Challenging the status quo and focusing on long-term value

• Collaborating with various IT teams such as infrastructure support, networking, database administrators, web development and business application developers

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• Bachelor's/master's degree in computer science/information technology with 10+ years of technology experience.

• Strong people and stakeholder management experience.

• 2+ years of experience leveraging AGILE practices.

• Minimum of 10 years IT experience. With minimum 4 years of experience in leading the team.

• Minimum of 5 years hands on experience working with Mule 4, AMQ (Pub/Sub), RAML, Runtime Manage, API manager, Data weave.

• EDI experience

• Good experience in managing API on Cloud hub and Any point Runtime Fabric.

• Working familiarity with web services including REST, SOAP, and API management

• Experience with enterprise Data Integration technologies, XSLT, XML, ANSI X12 EDI, OAGIS, and JSON

• Experience with creating MUnit tests.

• Experience documenting and implementing development standards and best practices.

• Hands on experience working with users and architects to capture requirements, develop and test interfaces.

• Familiarity with firewall and port restrictions

• Experience with AWS services like EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, Dynamo DB, Kinesis

• Experience with distributed Source Control Management tools (Git)

• Experience with CI/CD Pipeline tools preferably in Azure devops.

• Strong verbal and written communication

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

• Experience in using log monitoring tool like Splunk.

• Demonstrated ability to effectively mentor developers.

• Ability to understand vision and drive the team to achieve the same.

• Ability to understand critical support issues related to Integration tools and processes.

What Will Put You Ahead

• Hands on experience with complex time pub/sub ESB implementations

• Experience integrating custom and package products across complex enterprise environments.

• Experience with MS SQL Server, Postgres, and MySQL database technologies.

• Understanding of network design and configuration.
