In this role, you will:

  • As a Workday Integration Developer is responsible for integrating business, information, and technology architecture to create solutions for the relevant business capability area and leads and delivers the analysis, design, configuration, customization, testing, deployment and support for Integrations cross capability areas. This role is viewed as an expert in complex analytical and application environments, encompassing both business process understanding and technical expertise. Is a key referent in implementing innovative, technical solutions to important, highly complex strategic and operating problems. Has strong knowledge in business and technical functions that are touch points with their area of expertise.

  • Integration Developer accountable across Workday HCM with wide range of complexity.

  • Translates non-functional and functional integrations requirements into end-to-end analytical solution designs, ensuring solution aligns with business goals and processes, uses and provides enterprise information consistently, integrates effectively with other applications, supports a common application environment and user interaction model.

  • Collaborates with the Solution Architects to make sure that solutions fit within enterprise context and aims for standardization of solutions across application landscape.

  • Coordinates medium to complex solution implementations while leading design variances based upon business needs while ensuring artifacts are documented in enterprise architecture repository.

  • Coordinates engagements with vendors as they relate to evaluation, design and delivery of business capabilities. Contributes to the evaluation and selection of software product standards.

  • Proactive analysis of business processes integrations and identification of innovative ways to address near term business needs which includes identifying these opportunities, reviewing and obtaining a disposition decision from the appropriate business client, assessing the fit of these opportunities into current initiatives, or including the opportunity in future demand.

  • Leads Continuous Improvement initiatives; consults and shares knowledge across org; full awareness of industry and technology trends that can bring K-C a competitive advantage

  • Troubleshoot escalated issues

  • Minimum 5-8 years of experience as Workday Developer

  • Experience integrating Payroll solutions

  • Deep knowledge on Integrations definitions and development

  • Strong experience in Workday integrations with WD Studio, PICOF & PECI, XSLT transformation

  • Strong experience working with middleware solutions

  • Expert in Requirements management

  • Experience with Azure
