In this role, you will:

• Kimberly Clark is on a multi-year program to enhance supply chain efficiency. As part of that we are building a inhouse connected supply chain platform Maestro.

• We are looking for a Staff Engineer to join our Digital Technology Solutions team. In this role you will be responsible to build event driven systems, web service for Maestro Platform.

• In this role, you will be working closely with the product manager to understand requirements, design reviews with the team, implementation, and testing.

• This is your opportunity to be viewed as an expert, providing technical consulting for complex technology, and building new platforms that connect supply chain end to end, encompassing both business process understanding and technical expertise.

• You will co-create with technology professionals in a unique environment that fosters and supports original thinking. You’ll drive digital solutions that better serve consumers, customers, and employees. What’s more? You’ll be helping to create products that help individuals experience more of what’s important to them.

• Collaborate with engineering and product development teams with accountability for technical design of multiple systems end to end.

• Drive technology decisions at scale for Kimberly Clark

• Proactive analysis of business processes and identification of innovative ways to address near term business needs which includes identifying these opportunities, reviewing, and obtaining a disposition decision from the appropriate business client, assessing the fit of these opportunities into current initiatives, or including the opportunity in future demand.

• Works directly with Business resources and Business Analysts to drive technical solutions for business requirements.

• Leads and drives multiple streams within IT and the business teams in coming to a common understanding of processes and technology solutions to support them.

• Maintains in-depth understanding of technical landscape for their capability area.

• Influences policy formation contributes to User Groups; significant contribution to strategic direction.

• Leads Continuous Improvement (CI) initiatives; consults and shares knowledge across org with full awareness of industry trends.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree; 8+ years of Professional experience of Information Technology experience including working directly with business clients.

• Experience in Java, Node Js, Spring boot, Restful Web Service, Azure Cloud, DBMS and SQL is a must.

• Role will report to the Associate Director (Logistics). Role will not have any direct reports. Key Interfaces: Business Partner, Business Analyst, Project Manager, Enterprise Architect, Business Client External Interfaces: Consultant & 3rd Party provider Travel may include approximately 10% of work time.

• Technical leader for the Maestro platform with accountability for technical design of multiple systems end to end.

• Drive technology decisions at scale for Kimberly Clark

• Experience in designing large scale enterprise applications on cloud.

• Knowledge or experience in robotics integration is preferred.

• Good understanding of developing reusable interfaces.

• Good knowledge on Event Driven Architecture is must.

• Held prior accountabilities that required influencing leaders outside of administrative authority.

• Strong leadership skills with experience managing people in offsite and remote locations.

• Strong leadership and service delivery skills

• Cultivates networking opportunities with peer organizations.

• Broad range of business and IT experiences; Has achieved technical and/or business certification(s).

• Verbal and written fluency in English is mandatory.

• Ability to work in a virtual team which may work across distance (remote), cultures and time zones, in a matrix with multiple reporting lines, and may extend outside the K-C organization including suppliers, partners and customers.
