In this role, you will:
The EtQ Solution Engineer will serve as a technical leader and subject matter expert in the design, configuration, deployment, and support of EtQ Reliance and related quality management systems, using technologies such as Python, EtQ script, SQL, JSP, HTML, APIs, as well as mobile and leading-edge technologies. Incumbent will provide advanced troubleshooting, integration, and solution design expertise to optimize quality processes, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive continuous improvement across global team. Leads and executes small to medium projects, coordinates local activities for Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) projects.
Lead analysis, configuration, customization, testing, deployment, and support for the EtQ application within Quality, Regulatory, and Supplier Management areas.
Build and execute test plans and software validation.
Serve as a subject matter expert and project team leader on EtQ Reliance for key EtQ modules (e.g., Post Market Surveillance, Complaint Handling, Supplier Management, SCARs).
Gather and translate business requirements into effective technical solutions, including APIs and enhancements to support regulated products.
Work with business stakeholders and cross-functional IT teams to prioritize and deliver system enhancements and process improvements.
Provide end-to-end support—including root cause analysis and issue resolution, escalation to vendors as needed, and user training.
Document solutions, maintain knowledge bases, and create/modify system integration templates and training materials.
Support change management processes, ensuring systems meet customer and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate globally and with external vendors on configuration, deployment, and ongoing improvement of EtQ Reliance.
Identify and drive opportunities for continuous improvement and optimization within quality and supplier management systems.
Maintains an awareness of emerging technologies and their potential application and takes ownership for personal development.
Rapidly absorbs new technical information and applies it effectively.
Provides knowledge sharing to other team members.

Key Qualifications and Experiences:
Bachelor's degree; 7-10+ years of Professional experience with a minimum of 5 years of Information Technology experience including working directly with business clients.
Held prior accountabilities that required customer engagement and interaction.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to absorb and apply technical information.
Displays good inter-personal skills, demonstrating the ability to relate to customers of varying levels of technical expertise. Has project and/or change management experience on technology-based projects.
Experience with relational database platforms including Microsoft SQL Server, Python, and HTML scripting languages.
Broad range of business and IT experiences.
Hands-on experience with some software administration or development is required.
Experience translating user requirements into software specifications is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, verbal, and written with the ability to converse effectively at all levels within the business organization.
Detail oriented and focused on high quality results.
Familiarity with regulated environments (FDA cGMP, ISO Standards) is a plus.
Experience with SQL, reporting/analytics tools, and digital solution delivery.
Project management, process design, cross-functional leadership experience and Multilingual capabilities.
