In this role, you will:
The Digital Technology Solutions (DTS) Team is the IT Engine that delivers compelling and robust capabilities, products, and solutions to Kimberly-Clark’s (KC) business and IT by focusing on cost savings, business growth, as well as connecting with partners and customers. This role is part of Supply chain planning and forecasting team at KC. As part of this team, the Lead Solution Engineer (LSE) will support full horizon end-to-end integrated solutions, with a special focus on Demand and S& OP Planning. LSE will be responsible for developing and supporting Kinaxis related implementation projects or changes undertaken by the DTS organization.
Participate in solution design and delivery of Kinaxis Demand and S& OP solutions at Kimberly-Clark
Excellent understanding of Kinaxis solution footprint, with a deep knowledge of Demand and S& OP planning solutions
Is a thought leader in specific Product Solution area of focus and is able to apply that knowledge to improve business solutions
Leads/Facilitates business diagnostics, As-Is process analysis and To-Be design workshops and subsequently be able to write a solution design document to support business requirements
Ability to review functional specs and designs, and provide inputs to influence and enhance the quality of deliverables
Ability to review existing systems and tools, and recommend improvement opportunities.
Working experience of implementing Demand and S& OP planning solutions for a large global manufacturer or CPG company
Ability to configure Demand and S& OP planning solution of Kinaxis, and be able to implement solution single handedly
Ability to influence business decisions on technology, through experiences and by sharing industry best practices and methodologies
Ability to deliver in fast paced environments using agile methodologies
Works on development of interfaces, dashboards, reports and tools that are of highest quality and meet business objectives
Assist program management teams in project planning including detailed project plan, estimates and timelines
Conducts/Facilitates end-user training workshops on Kinaxis solution
Setup and coordinate user acceptance testing, and support final acceptance and critical phase sign-off by the business owners
Follows up on cases opened with Kinaxis Support Services to help in resolving defects for the business
Communicate project risks and issues that may have a negative impact on the project schedule, scope or budget

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or similar fields
MBA/Master’s degree or equivalent in Supply chain/ Logistics is preferred
8-20 years of experience in Demand and S& OP solutions with deep expertise in Kinaxis or similar Demand and S& OP planning solutions
5+ years of proven experience in Kinaxis Demand and S& OP planning implementations is mandatory. Project, Enhancement, and/or POC experience is required
Hand-on experience of integration between Kinaxis and SAP S4 HANA/SAP ECC is highly desirable
Serves as a functional liaison, and contributes to key meetings between DTS, Kinaxis project team and business including Sr executives
Ability to train and impart Kinaxis technical trainings to multi-functional teams
Experience of collaborating with multiple cross-cultural teams spread across geographies to gather requirements, make design decisions, and for testing and delivery
Ability to work under ambiguous situations, and a drive to bring clarity by working in collaboration with multiple stakeholders
Good time management and organizational skills; ability to multi-task and adhere to tight deadlines
Excellent stakeholder management & good communication skills
Ability to prepare and deliver presentations for users, management, and executive - level audiences
