In this role, you will:

  • Lead the development of a comprehensive Global Sales, RGM, and Marketing Data Lake and Analytics Strategy with an execution plan to be delivered by the end of 2025.

  • Build and execute a Commercial Analytics Product Roadmap, sustaining and expanding capabilities across existing solutions, implementing large scale platform analytics, and supporting critical needs of the Powering Care transformation.

  • Own and scale the Commercial Data Lake, ensuring seamless integration and accessibility of global Sales, RGM, and Marketing datasets.

  • Drive cross-functional capabilities by leveraging marketing data in combination with sales and RGM insights to optimize commercial performance.

  • Develop and mentor the next generation of Data Leaders, Product Owners, and Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) in commercial analytics.

  • Define and implement Sales and Marketing Analytics Strategy and OKRs, aligning with key segment stakeholders, GGO, and the new Power Care segments.

  • Enhance the Foundational Data Lake, ensuring it effectively supports all business segments and enables advanced market data analysis.

  • Oversee collaboration with other Analytics, Data Platform and Governance teams, driving innovation in data-driven decision-making and market strategies.

  • Manage relationships with Nielsen and Lotus, ensuring seamless access to syndicated market share and foundational data.

In one of our technical roles, you’ll focus on winning with consumers and the market, while putting safety, mutual respect, and human dignity at the center. To succeed in this role, you will need the following qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Computer Science, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.

  • 10+ years of experience in commercial analytics, data strategy, or business intelligence, preferably in a consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or global enterprise setting.

  • Strong expertise in data lake architectures, cloud-based analytics platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Azure), and advanced analytics methodologies.

  • Experience in building and executing global data and analytics strategies within Sales, RGM, and Marketing domains.

  • Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, mentor talent, and drive large-scale data initiatives.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience in AI/ML, data visualization, and BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, etc.).

  • Ability to collaborate across global teams and business functions, aligning data initiatives with organizational priorities.

  • Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
