In this role, you will:

  • Responsible to accelerate K-C’s social content and social discovery as a competitive advantage and expand impact beyond social.

  • Partner with regional COE and markets to build differentiated capabilities for K-C key markets out side North America to enable Content Factory, Ad Tech and Media Measurement and Marketing Analytics.
  • Develop talent and enable new ways of working.

Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities:

Strategic Partnership and Thought Leadership

K-C is embarking on a new journey to win with consumers leveraging Content on social platforms. This would require capabilities to form partnership with influencers and accelerate content production. This person needs to be a digital native who has worked with D2C brands and/or digitally focussed brands in FMCG enabling them to win with content – someone who sits at the intersection of AI and Marketing. She/He needs to be able to partner strategically with regional marketing COE and key markets to define a strategic roadmap of capabilities needed.

Social Content and Discovery

Define and build capabilities (not limited to below) to accelerate Content Factory:

  • Video Decoding: Decode best performing content/format internally and externally, and summarize content strategy
  • Social Listening: Monitor social media and competitor performance to benchmark and stay ahead of the competition.
  • Influencer Identification & Outreach: Leverage tools to contact creators faster and more efficiently for expansion.
  • AI Generated Content: Leverage AI to create content at scale at cheaper cost and agility.

Ad Tech and Media Measurement

  • Lead transition of key markets for K-C to new ways of working and media/content agency

Marketing Analytics

Lead key use cases (e.g. Copilot evangelization, Market Mix Modelling) to drive insights for marketing teams across key markets for K-C

  • Identify capabilities to measure creative effectiveness
  • Scale up Media Measurement Reporting to measure

  • Strategic thought leadership: able to translate business and brand objectives to social priorities and outcomes

  • External focus: Stay updated with latest in AI and how it can be leveraged to solve marketing problems. Able to work with external startups and agencies to find the right resources/capabilities to deliver business goals

  • Experience with digital native brands who are partnering with KOLs/KOCs winning with content

  • Excellent Business and Financial Acumen

  • Team Management Experience preferred

  • Excellent communication skills: both written and verbal, with a proven ability to work cross-functionally in a matrix environment and with external vendor partners to deliver results

  • Experience working in Agile and Product ways of working

  • 7-10 years of extensive experience in marketing and analytics – someone who has leveraged AI for Marketing.

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master degree preferred
