What You Will Do

SUMMARY:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Labeling Capabilities and Analytics Leader to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in labeling processes and key data elements, as well as experience in data analytics and project management. The role will create, educate, embed, and continuously manage the skills and capabilities required of the labeling team to be fit for purpose. This includes ensuring harmonized and consistent processes, SOPs, metrics, scorecards, and ways of working across the teams. This role will also require the ability to investigate, synthesize, interpret, and translate datasets and future trends to continuously prepare for the future while improving current state. Lastly, this role will require the ability for effective influence and negotiation with external vendors.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement strategies for labeling process capabilities and optimization, leveraging data analytics and other tools to drive continuous improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams in the development and implementation of labeling process capabilities and analytics projects
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement in labeling processes, and develop and implement solutions to address these areas
  • Manage the development and implementation of labeling process analytics tools and technology, ensuring alignment with business needs and regulatory requirements
  • Develop and maintain labeling process metrics and dashboards, providing regular reporting and analysis to senior management and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement best practices in labeling process capabilities and analytics
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to labeling process capabilities and analytics
  • Develop and implement data analytics programs to support labeling process capabilities and optimization
  • Create and maintain data visualizations to communicate labeling process metrics and insights to stakeholders


Qualifications

What We Are Looking For

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. engineering, life sciences, data analytics)
  • 10 - 15 years of experience in labeling processes, preferably with a combination of industries, with a strong background in data analytics and project management
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements (e.g. FDA, EMA) related to labeling
  • Experience with project management and leading cross-functional teams
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools and software (e.g. Tableau, SQL, Power BI)
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing data analytics programs to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement
