We are actively searching for an accomplished and dynamic Lead Engineer, Workday Recruit to join our Corporate Technology and Data team at Kenvue. As a key contributor in this specialized role, you will lead all facets of the Workday Recruit module including overall configuration, security, reporting, and integrations. Your expertise will be pivotal in ensuring adherence to best practices, optimizing configurations, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the Workday recruit module and the overall Workday environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring that configurations align with business objectives and deliver a seamless and secure Workday experience for our users. Your role will be instrumental in driving outcomes that significantly impact the effectiveness of our Workday platform that is aligned with the Talent Access strategy.

Key Responsibilities

As a Lead Engineer specializing in the Workday Recruit module, you will be responsible for leading the implementation and maintenance of the Workday Recruit. Your role encompasses several critical responsibilities related to configuration, integrations, reporting, and security:

Configuration : Responsible for configuring Workday Recruit to align with Kenvue's specific needs. This includes setting up job requisitions, candidate profiles, interview processes, and other recruitment-related features.

Customization : Deploy Workday Recruit that it fit for our unique recruitment workflows, ensuring optimal efficiency and user experience.

Integrations : Designing, implement, and maintain data flows between Workday Recruit and various applications. This includes collaboration with other teams (such as HR, IT, and business units) to establish seamless data exchange between Workday Recruit and third-party platforms.

Reporting : Create and maintain custom reports within Workday Recruit. These reports provide insights into recruitment metrics, candidate pipelines, time-to-fill, and other relevant KPIs. Also serve as the point-of-contact for ad hoc data requests from stakeholders to support decision-making.

Security : Configure and manage user access and permissions within Workday Recruit. This involves defining roles, security groups, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.

• Proven experience (5 years) as a Workday Recruit SME.

• Prior experience with implementation or configuration of Workday's Recruit module.

• In-depth knowledge of Workday Recruit Configuration, Integrations, Reporting, and Security.

• Experience with end-to-end talent acquisition process mapping.

• Strong documentation skills, ensuring clarity and transparency in configurations and procedures.

Desired Qualifications

• Workday Recruit Certification and specific certifications such as integrations, reporting, & security.

• Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning, staying informed about the latest advances in Workday Recruit and the Talent Access functional area.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.

• Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
