We are in search of an accomplished and dynamic Workday Integrations Lead to join our Corporate Technology and Data team at Kenvue. As a key contributor in this role, you will be instrumental in spearheading the effective implementation, optimization, and comprehensive management of our Workday integrations. As a senior leader, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with business objectives and fostering a seamless and efficient Workday experience. Your role will be pivotal in delivering outcomes that significantly impact the effectiveness of our workforce.
Key Responsibilities
The Workday Integrations Lead will:
• Lead end-to-end management of the complete lifecycle of Workday integrations, from design to implementation and ongoing maintenance to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Develop integration strategies that align with business objectives and support organizational goals.
• Oversee the configuration and customization of Workday integrations to ensure seamless data flow between systems, data accuracy, system security, and compliance with relevant regulations.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize the performance of Workday integrations and enhance user experience.
• Collaborate with external vendors as necessary for integration-related tools and services, ensuring effective partnerships.
• Compliance and standards: Ensure that Workday integrations adhere to relevant compliance and security standards, implementing necessary measures to uphold these standards.
• Stay informed on industry best practices and emerging trends in Workday integrations to drive innovation and efficiency.
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Proven experience (4 years) as a Workday Integrations senior developer or in a similar role, demonstrating a deep understanding of Workday integration tools and processes.
• In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Workday Integration Cloud, Workday Studio, and other core integration tools within the Workday ecosystem.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs and Web Services, especially as they relate to Workday integrations.
• Experience with data transformation using RaaS for API related solutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders in addition to building and maintaining relationships at all levels in the organization and with external credibility.
• Experience with troubleshooting integration errors; partnerships with external vendors a plus .
• Demonstrated leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing IT teams.
o Practical experience in applying agile practices to improve team collaboration, communication, and delivery.
o Experience in successfully implementing and scaling agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) in large and complex projects.
o In-depth understanding of agile principles, frameworks, and methodologies, with a strong ability to tailor them to the specific needs of the development team.

• Strong understanding of HR processes and practices.
• Project management experience, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and deliver projects within scope and budget.
• Familiarity with relevant compliance and security standards in relation to Workday technology.
• Proactive mindset with the ability to anticipate issues, assess risks, and implement proactive measures.
• The ability to lead without reporting authority and to achieve outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment - leading through influence and deep collaboration across the enterprise.
• The ability to manage ambiguity and shape new initiatives/business from scratch.
• Strategic thinking and big picture orientation /business acumen with strong interactions with key stakeholders.
• Has an innovative, agile, and high-performing teaming mindset.
