Role reports to: Head of Talent Access

Location: Bangalore

What you will do

The TA Manager, GCC is responsible for shaping, executing and delivering exceptional talent access strategy and leadership for the Global Capability Centre, while leading a team of TA Partners. This role will be responsible for turning the talent strategy into an actionable TA plan, focusing on addressing critical talent gaps.

The GCC supports cross-functional global digital initiatives and provides technology capabilities to deliver differentiation and impactful results. Through data and technology, we're helping global consumers realize the extraordinary power of everyday care.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Talent Access Partners who are responsible for developing and executing talent access strategies to acquire top talent in support of the business and talent objectives

• Collaborate with People Business Partners to lead TA strategy for responsible function. Develop key partnerships with internal People Function stakeholders

• Consult with Business leaders on talent needs for today and tomorrow in support of business objectives

• Drive a functional E2E TA strategy for the GCC and bring in outside in mindset with external talent intelligence and market trends

• Prioritize and identify critical capability gaps for business and ensure appropriate resource allocation across team

• Build and determine diversity sourcing strategies & sources to advance critical hiring needs

• Identify strategic sourcing channels, leverage social branding & networking to achieve long-term talent strategies

• Ensure compliance with company standards and policies throughout the recruitment process

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications
  • A minimum of Post Graduation degree is required
  • A 10 years of recruiting experience at leadership level and managing teams is required
  • Understanding of tech and data hiring
  • Willingness to recruit full lifecycle across all functions and levels within a heavily matrixed environment required
  • Knowledge of ground-breaking technologies that impact the recruiting industry and their implications in the business and talent landscape
  • Has validated ability to recruit diverse individuals and ability to negotiate and advise on complex compensation packages is required
  • Extraordinary communication (both written and verbal) and influencing skills are required, as is strong project management, analytical and critical thinking skills with thorough attention to detail
  • May require up to 10% travel


Desired Qualifications
  • Experience of hiring for GCC expansion plans is preferred
  • Previous experience of recruiting within a retained search firm, agency or corporation for tech and data skills
  • Possess excellent assessment and interviewing skills and strong command of assessment and selection methodologies, instruments and processes is preferred
  • Has preferably knowledge of HR recruitment practices including compensation, global mobility, employment law, interviewing and sourcing strategies preferred
  • Proficiency in the use of social media use (i.e., LinkedIn/job boards etc.) and software like MS Word, Outlook and Excel is required; experience with Workday or a similar applicant tracking system and with a talent relationship management system is preferred
  • Experience utilizing metrics regularly to assess and maintain performance is preferred
