Education & Experience Requirement: A Degree in Computer Science or related field with 5 years of work experience

Your Role and Responsibilities

• Role is SAP subject matter expert/architect role for Security.

• Demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement through regular discussion with the client and/or internal teams to assess service delivery.

• Serve as a subject matter expert in multiple domains of SAP Application Security and GRC Access Control, etc.

• Handling of all operational day-to-day support activities for SAP security/authorizations including ticket resolution and issue escalations.

• Performs key control activities related to SAP security and supports annual SOX audit requirements and perform AUDIT remediation changes in the system.

• Managing SAP security related compliance activities and Internal/external audit requests.

• Documentation and updating of SOPs and authorization related documents.

• Demonstrate strong people management & networking skills.

• Foster a culture of collaboration and build team members' strengths.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Minimum 8 years experience in SAP GRC 10.x/ 12.x Access Control modules and 3 years in S/4 Hana Security Implementation experience with focus on Role authorizations.
• Experience in full cycle SAP S/4 or ECC Security assessments, design, and implementations as well as understanding of leading practices as it relates to ERP security. Security experience with ECC, SAP Fiori, BW, APO.
• Experience in min 3 years end to end GRC Implementation.
• Experience in working with stakeholders and leading SAP GRC Access control and process control along with security projects.
• Sound understanding of SOD - segregation of duties.
• Support technical requirement gathering, develop prototypes/PoCs/recommend solutions with limited information from the business, delivery quality technical specifications and documentation.
• Develop, build, configure and unit test solutions from user requirements or low level designs
• Ensure that solutions meet requirements outlined in the design documentation
• Perform all work to agreed time, cost and quality constraints
• Ensure that developed solutions are peer reviewed and formally documented
• Unit test solutions to ensure they meet quality standards, best practices and compliance standards (SOX...)
• Understand leading practices as it relates to SAP Security, and provide recommendations to clients on security role design and implementation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Technical And Professional Expertise

• SOX/GRC Control experience
• Life Science (GxP) experience is a plus
