What you will do

The Senior Product Owner is responsible for analyzing, designing, programming, implementing, and integrating complex computer applications. You will troubleshoot high level applications, oversee installation and testing of hardware and software, and provide advanced technical support for information management applications. Additionally, you will lead research, recommend and implement advanced application upgrades, enhancements, and required modifications to meet end-user needs:

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the product development process from ideation to launch, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap

• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and threats

• Define and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback, market research, and business objectives

• Create and maintain product documentation, including user stories, use cases, and product specifications

• Manage the product backlog and ensure timely delivery of product releases

• Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize product features and user experience

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve product development processes and outcomes

• Lead the analysis, design, programming, implementation, and integration of complex computer applications in alignment with business processes.

• Edit and finalize concept design specifications for existing systems to ensure optimal performance.

• Troubleshoot high level applications and provide advanced technical support for information management applications including data networking, database design, hardware and software configuration, software development, systems design, training, and security.

• Oversee the installation and testing of hardware and software to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

• Organize all aspects of application development, from analysis through implementation, and provide documentation, application design, project plans, and computer code necessary to successfully implement new applications.

• Support current systems, and design and implement complex features as requested.

• Develop computer logic flowcharts for analysis and integration.

• Lead research, recommend and implement advanced application upgrades, enhancements, and required modifications to keep current and meet the end-user needs.

• Configure local area networks and wide area networks utilizing various network management applications and comprehensive diagnostic tools and technologies.

What we are looking for

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of experience in product management or related field

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field

• Proven ability to create clear, detailed, concise documentation and presentations including product requirements/user stories, acceptance criteria, best practices documentation, roadmaps, production schedules

• Proven track record of successfully launching and managing products

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

• 4-6 years of related experience in analyzing, designing, programming, implementing, and integrating complex computer applications.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot high level applications.

• Excellent communication and documentation skills.

• Experience in configuring local area networks and wide area networks utilizing various network management applications and comprehensive diagnostic tools and technologies.
