SAP BTPi Integration Manager

Job Description:

Kenvue is currently recruiting an SAP BTPi Integration Manager to support the Consumer Health Business reporting to the Enterprise Integration lead.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for integrations across the Global ERP Ecosystems

• Ensure integrations and integration platforms (including Web Methods, SAP PI, CPI BTP-IS, etc.) are maintained to deliver the highest levels of end-to-end reliability

• Act as a conduit to the OneS4 program build of customer connectivity needs, logic, and processes in the next 2-3 years

• Expertise in SAP BTP Business Technology Platform Integration Suite services and integrating applications On Premise / Cloud

• Experience integrating Legacy Systems With S/4 HANA System (On Premise), using Middleware

• Experience integrating Legacy Systems With S/4 HANA (On Premise), using SAP BTP (Business Technology Platform) Integration Suite services

• Experience in end-to-end SAP CPI Cloud Platform Integration - new, upgrade, and migration

• Experience in architecting, planning, implementing, delivering the S/4 HANA integrations.

• Good understanding on S/4 HANA, SAP NW, ECC, Business Suites, and SAP Cloud solutions

• Good understanding of SAP Integration technologies and protocols such as HTTP, HTTPS, FTP, SFTP, SOAP, REST, RFC, IDOC, ALE/EDI, ODATA, JMS, JDBC, ODBC, etc.

• Good ABAP programming skills in integrating components such as Proxy, IDOC, RFC, File etc.

• Partner with Technology Services and other Technology partners (BTLs, Integrators, Technology Product Owners) to deliver all service milestones on time, cost, and quality according to agreed milestones and scope

• Escalate issues that cannot be resolved internally and implement aligned solutions

• Partner with other Consumer Health business teams in Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, and R& D on all integration topics

• Resolve business and technical challenges and ensure the realization of business benefits

• Help shape and grow the Technology & Data organization to enable a global intake, build, and sustain a process that will drive parallel program releases and ongoing operations, projects, and enhancements

• Foster an environment of continuous improvement and innovation

• Coordinate, lead, coach, motivate and inspire the team to both deliver on agreed plans and to continuously improve

• Excellent problem-solving skills with a developer-at-heart demeanor; passion for rapid prototyping

• Strong technical background and deep knowledge in software development and architecture, microservices and event driven architectures

• Excellent business communication skills, written and verbal

Position Requirements:

• A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required

• A minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant work experience

• Ability to translate business requirements into Technical Epics/Stories

• Experience working across multiple levels of business and IT stakeholders

• Knowledge of technology trends and ability to apply this knowledge to existing business processes

• Ability to think creatively about where business initiatives drive technology evolution and to break-down processes and reinvent enabling technology capabilities with partners

• Demonstrated sense of urgency in completing deliverables, excellent written and oral communication skills, strong negotiating/ influencing skills, and must be a self-starter with excellent interpersonal skills

• Ability to work effectively in a highly matrixed organization and deal with high levels of ambiguity

• Strong personal commitment to continuous business improvement, and effectively collaborating and managing our business stakeholders

• Capable of working as part of a team and on their own initiative

• Capable of changing priorities quickly and able to influence others to do so

• Ability to embrace changes and deliver IT solutions in a fast-changing business/IT environment

• Must have previous experience in working in a global, cross-functional capacity

• Self-starter with collaboration abilities and along with the ability to shape/lead complexity

• Experience with Agile methodology and a strong understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle Management model and documentation
