Architecture is a core function in Kenvue Tech & Data (KTD), whose purpose is to increase the strategy-to-execution velocity. We provide technology and strategic leadership to all product teams, lines of businesses, rationalization efforts, and modernization programs across the organization, while helping accelerate digital transformation initiatives. Further, to enhance Kenvue's competitiveness and achieve our business goals, we support technology-driven changes and emerging-tech adoption.
What you will do
- You will play the pivotal role of designing and implementing architecture solutions that support our Commercial function globally. On Kenvue's Architecture team, you will contribute to building roadmaps in partnership with product-owners and help them maintain cutting-edge technological approaches.
- You will collaborate to optimize the application, cloud, security and data architectures that impact our Commercial technologies, while ensuring they are efficient and cost-effective. You will also continually identify and validate opportunities for rationalization, consolidation, and modernization. Key aspects of the role will include defining standards, developing policies, managing reviews, and offering a blend of technical expertise with architectural acumen.
- You will ensure alignment with our business objectives and technology goals, when designing solutions or frameworks. You would provide participative consulting throughout the lifecycle of projects you manage, offering guidance on emerging technologies and practices.
- Upholding our commitment to security, you will ensure that all architectures meet the highest standards, particularly with data protection and compliance. Furthermore, the role extends beyond individual contribution, to guide KTD teams in fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

- Expertise in data modelling techniques, including use of Databricks and Snowflake.
- Creating infra, app and data catalogues, while governing and managing product lifecycles.
- Proficiency in data visualization and reporting.
Nice to Haves

We would prefer someone who has actively participated in projects to build, transform or modernize Commercial and Retail technologies, including hands-on contribution to design, integration, engineering, modeling and validation. Holistic expertise across consumer and retail technologies would help to excel in this role.
- We are in search of an architect who will support the adoption of next-gen cloud, data, experience and decision platforms or services. The role requires a strong background in deploying large and globally diverse CRM, CDP, ERP, TPM and Martech technologies, with a good understanding of digital marketing.
