Overview

Planning is fundamental to the ongoing success of Kenvue. With a global attitude, the Solution Architect Plan IT Lead will collaborate closely with business partners and Functional teams to continually improve end to end planning processes. R esponsible to maintain the planning system architecture and the connections with the multiple satellite systems part of planning ecosystem operational, also to support the future design and integration as part of larger project for Digital transformation and continuously create solutions to improve reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Be a trusted technology partner, working with Functional team, business partners and technology services (TS) to identify unmet needs, and to propose and deliver innovative IT solutions.

• Support in architectural changes as part of Digital transformation Project.

• Be focal point for Planning ecosystems and integrations.

• Act as application owner for Global Advanced Planning Solutions.

• Connect with multiple teams and lead functional/technical discovery process for Consumer plan platforms making sure that integrations between satellite systems are consistent.

• Support on application reliability working with technology services (TS) and third parties to guarantee system reliability following the sun.

• Provide rapid prototyping and conceptual designs where requirements are ambiguous or unproven.

• Responsible for leading and delivering execution for some small projects related with planning applications and ecosystems.

• Support the implementation of larger programs and projects within the planning team.

• Partner with business and IT teams to ensure delivery of the product SLAs.

• Be open to learning by cultivating professional relationships inside and outside of Kenvue including building a good understanding of best practices in other countries to re-use or create new harmonized solutions wherever possible.

• Apply compliance requirements within scope of responsibility.

To be successful, you need to have the following qualifications:
  • Experience in solution design and Architecture.
  • Experience of working in projects deploying Planning systems or complex data management processes.
  • Experience in complex planning system deployment, improvement initiatives and steady state support.
  • Ability to successfully lead multiple critical priorities/issues
  • Experience in working with multiple partners within a matrix organization.
  • Ability to coach/grow peers and team members.
  • Experience driving business value through information technology.
  • Experience with some business supply chain experience ideally in a planning area preferably in the Consumer industry or life sciences industry
  • Experience with SAP and OMP mostly with integration to Satellite Systems.
  • Experience working with/managing large, culturally diverse global teams across time-zones


Preferred:
  • Experience with Consumer Health or Life Science industry with understanding of regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Experience implementing or supporting OMP
  • Experience implementing S/4 integrations with Plan applications like OMP
