What You Will Do

As Manager, Digital Solutions Service Delivery, you will be responsible for leading and managing the successful delivery of Digital transformation initiatives for Kenvue Operations. In this role, you will drive the seamless delivery of digital solutions that will drive efficiency, cost savings, and operational excellence. The role requires strong stakeholder management, service governance skills, and a deep understanding of processes and digital transformation strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the execution and delivery of transformation workstreams within the Data Science & Digital Solutions (DS& DS) team.

• Work closely with digital product teams, PMO, and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure transformation initiatives are delivered on time and on budget, with the highest levels of quality.

• Lead a team of highly skilled cross-functional resources to deliver digital solutions in support of the Kenvue Operations Digital Transformation

• Drive service delivery governance, develop and manage service delivery frameworks, SLAs, and KPIs to measure effectiveness and efficiency.

• Ensure continuous improvement in operations by monitoring service performance and identifying areas for optimization.

• Identify and proactively mitigate risks associated with service delivery and digital transformation projects.

• Proactively identify program and technical risks, generate mitigation plans, and facilitate the closure of risks in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Participate in project / program governances, and act as the primary point of contact for escalations related to the DS& DS team.

• Drive process optimization and implement best practices for digital solution delivery within the Data Science & Digital Solutions team.

• Ensure all Digital Solutions are developed in compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., SOX, GxP, PII, etc.).

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, Supply Chain Management, IT, or a related field.

• At least 8 years of business experience, with at least 6 years of experience in Supply Chain, digital service delivery, or digital transformation roles.

• At least 4 years of people management experience

• Experience leading large-scale transformation initiatives in complex organizations, especially focused on digitalization, data science, process automation, or similar domain.

• Strong project management skills, especially following an Agile framework

• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.

• In-depth understanding of the digital landscape and digital transformation concepts

• Strong working knowledge of data science and automation technologies (e.g., GenAI / Agentic AI, Machine Learning, Operations Research, Robotic Process Automation, etc.)

• Strategic mindset, outstanding critical thinking

• Must be comfortable with constructively challenging the status quo and look for new ways of improving processes and results

Desired Qualifications

• MBA preferred

• Relevant professional certification preferred (e.g., CIPS, PMP, ITIL, or Six Sigma)

• Experience with Microsoft products, (e.g., Azure, Databricks, Co-Pilot)

• Experience working in supply chain digital transformation
