Role/Candidate Description

The Digital Analyst will support all website related requests as submitted via the Kenvue Digital Analytics JIRA board. These requests will consistent of (but not limited to) adding third party pixels to Kenvue brand websites, configuration of GA for new website builds, ensuring GA standards are consistently deployed across all websites, managing GA reporting requests that brand teams may require etc.
  • Collaborate primarily with Consumer Business Intelligence Process Owner and cross functional partners including external media agency to elicit business requirements and translate to technical specifications.
  • Develop and maintain project or product documentation, technical artifacts not limited to data tables, architecture diagrams, business process flows etc.
  • Manage hand off and ensure it is understood by technical teams.
    Participate in solution development with Data Engineers, Technical Product Owners, Solution Architects, and other technical team members to ensure requirements are met.
  • Audit project related documentation - internal and external - identify gaps and provide support for closure.
  • Take full ownership of project documentation lifecycle including storing, archival and versioning.
  • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience as Business Analyst - Preferably in Consumer, Retail, Technology or Management Consulting industry with background (preferred) in Digital Media, Digital Marketing and/or Data Operations/Data Engineering or Data Visualisation
  • DOMO is a must.
