To drive value-driven, priority-based business partnering model in enabling critical commercial/business service, standardizing and streamline financial planning related activities, we are seeking regional team members who will be part of capability center for the business unit finance in Asia Pacific to support business partnering activities and capabilities in Asia Pacific.
What You Will Do
Key Responsibilities
• Lead FP& A system planning for all budget cycles.
• Drive cadence of data reconciliation of FP& A system and ERP system
• Lead automation and simplification of activities for financial budget process and integrated business plan process
• Design dashboards for planning cycle reviews to support market as well as region teams
• Lead financial business planning and various financial updates for assigned market. The person will be responsible for accuracy & providing financial insights in collaboration with the market finance peers.
• Lead the monthly integrated business plan process for the market by supporting on valuation/ forecasting of the rolling forecast and driving financial insights to market finance team to support on the gap closure ideas v/s financial target.
• Provide Standard or Adhoc Reporting/Analytics with robust assumptions and rational to support management decisions.
• Ensure all data submissions in the FP& A system are done timely and accurately.
• Come with ideas to innovate, ability to resolve complex problems and approach towards process and system automation.
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in finance / accountancy / computer engineering
• Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills are required
• Strong knowledge of operating systems such as One Stream and SAP are required
• Previous analytical experience in FP& A analytics is desirable
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Proactiveness and prioritization of competing deliverables are required
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• 4 years of experience
