What You Will Do
The position is responsible for:
• Providing subject matter expertise to support data analysis, programs, processes, and employee communication initiatives, as well as supporting the design, development, implementation and maintenance of employee surveys.
• They will also partner with Specialist Groups and BBHR to ensure surveys are designed and implemented to support the organizational requirements, and drive appropriate actions to improve engagement and performance
Key Responsibilities
• Support development and lead implementation of employee listening surveys and dashboards using benchmarking, internal data, personas, journey mapping, and a variety of listening initiatives to understand the moments that matter most for colleagues
• Analyze feedback from employee surveys and provide insights at least monthly to assess pulse of the organization and recommend solutions to improve employee experience
• Collaborate with HR and management to create action plans based on employee feedback to support organizational change and continuous improvement in employee experience
• Develop tools, training materials and resources to help functional partners to use listening products and insights independently
• Gather and document requirements for survey/listening requests from the business
• Serve as internal consultant sharing survey and listening best practices and guidance to support survey initiatives enterprise-wide
What We Are Looking For
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 4-6 years of experience in employee feedback analysis or related field
• Proven experience with Qualtrics EX survey platform implementation including engagement, lifecycle and 360 surveys
• At least one (1) year of experience in continuous listening
• Demonstrated knowledge of effective HR practices and disciplines, especially employee engagement practices and approaches including measuring employee engagement via surveys and driving engagement via action planning
• Strong analytical skills and ability to identify trends and insights
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and work independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to present insights and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences of various levels across a global organization (e.g., executives, managers, and individual contributors across a variety of countries).
Desired Qualifications
• High-level proficiency in problem solving, critical thinking, analyzing complex situations, and absorbing considerable amounts of data to identify key themes and identify actionable insights that lead to effective solutions and recommendations
• Knowledge of statistical concepts like correlation and regression are preferred
• Excellent verbal, presentation, and written communication
• Strong business and financial acumen, demonstrated project management skills, outstanding written and verbal communications skills are required.
