What You Will Do As a Product Owner at Kenvue you will play a pivotal role in leading the product development lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, design, and marketing, to deliver exceptional products that meet and exceed customer expectations. This is a challenging and rewarding opportunity for an individual with a proven track record in product ownership, strategic thinking, and a passion for driving innovation.
Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of the entire product lifecycle from ideation to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
• Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including development teams, to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap.
• Develop and prioritize product features and enhancements based on market trends, customer feedback, and business goals.
• Create and maintain detailed product documentation, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and product backlogs.
• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure a seamless and intuitive user experience.
• Drive the agile development process, participating in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities for product differentiation and improvement.
• Engage with customers to gather feedback and validate product enhancements.
• Communicate product updates and progress to internal teams and stakeholders.
What We Are Looking For Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent experience is a plus.

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a strong portfolio of successful product launches. • In-depth knowledge of agile methodologies and product development processes.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
