What You Will Do

As Business Lead, Digital Products, you will play a key role within our growing Digital Transformation Office (DTO) organization at Kenvue. You will work on enhancing our digital product offerings to support critical business needs related to Kenvue's Healthy Lives Mission.

As part of the Sustainability Digital Capability team, you will leverage your analytical expertise, supply chain Sustainability experience, and industry knowledge to inform product strategy, optimize user experience, and ensure alignment with strategic business partners. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including digital solutions, data engineering, and global process excellence, to gather insights and provide data-driven recommendations.

Your work will directly impact our ability to streamline supply chain ESG processes, improve operational efficiency, and enhance customer satisfaction in providing Kenvue's Operations Sustainability Scorecard. Your contributions will be essential in driving the growth and innovation of our digital products, empowering our organization to maintain a competitive edge in a rapidly evolving market.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Sustainability, supply chain planning, data analysis, and product development within the consumer health sector, accompanied by a deep understanding of both digital tools and supply chain dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of digital products to facilitate insights, analysis, and improvements in Kenvue's sustainability, including executive-level and external reporting

• Lead multiple digital workstreams that involve building data products, digital products, and reports related to sustainability initiatives

• Execute end-to-end product development efforts to provide data and insights to Kenvue end users as well as external third parties in a timely, cost effective and efficient manner.

• Deeply understand business requirements related to the reduction of energy and greenhouse gas (GHG) / carbon emissions, water usage, waste footprints, and more

• Lead discovery efforts to develop new digital products, develop and refine product features to enhance user experience.

• Coordinate and collaborate with various teams, including process excellence, change management, data science, visualization, and data engineers to develop product roadmaps and to deliver high-quality digital products

• Conduct analysis and benchmarking of performance to support organizational goal setting and implementation planning

• Identify or recommend initiatives for achieving or informing corporate goals for energy reduction, green energy adoptions, or greenhouse gas reduction

• Carry out bespoke sustainability research, data analysis, solution development and report / present strategies to external and internal stakeholders

What We Are Looking For

Required Qualifications

• A minimum of a master's degree (preferably from Top schools) is required. Specialization in sustainability within operations with experience in digital product development, data science or advanced analytics fields is strongly preferred. Masters is a plus.

• Minimum of 7 years of business experience with at least 5 years of Supply Chain Sustainability, Digital Product Development, or digital transformation

• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analytics tools such as SQL/Python

• Experience using product management tools and methodologies, such as Agile or Scrum.

• Ability to work with both technical and non-technical team members.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly (Story telling with data).

• Proven record of accomplishment of successfully managing multiple projects and meeting deadlines, able to prioritize and execute under pressure.

• Strong analytical and logical skills

• Excellent customer focus, can-do, and problem-solving attitude

• Precision, attention to details and an excellent quality focus

• Ability to collaborate with internal and external parties within an international environment

Desired Qualifications

• Expertise in Environmental, Sustainability, and Governance (ESG) practices in the Consumer-Packaged goods industry

• Experience developing Digital Products

• Experience with ESG / Sustainable Development Goals processes or implementation and rollout

• Familiarity with digital product development cycles.

• Understanding of end-to-end Supply Chain interactions, interdependencies, and end-to-end business / IT architecture

• Desire to constantly integrate industry best in practice digital solutions to constantly improve product offering
