The Sr Manager, Digital HR Portfolio, is part of the Digital HR Solutions team and includes components of strategy, communication, and investment tracking as well as other key initiatives. This role will handle HR portfolio, representing a consistent product voice to our partners. This role will serve as a strategic thought partner to the Head, Digital HR Solutions by connecting the dots and providing a comprehensive perspective across all areas of the Digital HR portfolio including finances. The candidate will lead through influencing and collaborating, is highly adaptable, comfortable navigating ambiguity and has a natural bias for action.

They will drive continuous improvement by evaluating the current process, tracking, and monitoring trends and performance data. They will partner with a wide variety in global and regional partners in multiple HR functions and Global Services.

Responsibilities:

  • Ability to establish positive partnership across functions, HR product leaders and technology teams to ensure alignment of projects are appropriately budgeted from end-to-end perspective.
  • Maintain financial and portfolio weekly status, identify risk and impact on timelines, finances, resources for projects
  • Evaluate and handle digital product budgets, spend and future spend against completed and planned work and report against the annual budget, in liaison with Finance.
  • Maintain global oversight of strategic and operational financial planning, contracting and workforce management.
  • Budget owner of Enterprise HR strategic and operational spend of + $100M across resource and technology budgets.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to Senior Leadership for portfolio analytics, insights, decisioning and reporting.
  • Solution & Contracting change agent collaborating with product owners and service providers for GSHR and JJT imperatives.
  • Partner with Procurement and external suppliers for contracting standard processes, cost rationalization, and timely invoicing to minimize budget exposure. Examples of large vendors include Workday, Cornerstone, LinkedIn Recruit, and Visier.
  • Lead creation of long-range financial planning for cost allocation, headcount and expense management for digital organization strategy including conducting quarterly business reviews with key partners.
  • Establish and govern Integrated Digital Roadmap of initiatives and capabilities to align with organizational goals and objectives.
  • Plan and coordinate cross-investment interdependencies and proactively mitigate risk to minimize portfolio impacts.
  • Measure portfolio performance and find opportunities to scale through cost optimization, value realization, and continuous listening metrics.
  • Facilitate leadership monthly update and quarterly budget vs actual reviews in partnership with Global Finance teams.
  • Responsible for portfolio value narrative creation and employee digital activation in line with digital product roadmaps.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required.
  • A minimum of 10 years of shown experience required; concentration in HR or IT Application Management, HR/IT Information Systems, and/or HR/Technology Business Requirements preferred.
  • SaaS implementation and Maintenance experience regarding portfolio and financial management required.
  • Strong leadership skills that operates as a global leader with understanding and appreciation for regional differences required.
  • Effective collaboration and communication skills across Tech & HR functions.
  • Experience handling external vendors, collaborating with leaders at all levels of the organization required.
  • Ability to develop strategies and solutions in order to implement and ensure the availability of resources and best quality service on a global scale required.
  • Budget management and understanding the complex organizational factors in development HR solutions required.
  • Project Management Certification preferred.
  • Experience working in a global environment preferred.
  • Working financial & contracting knowledge a plus.
  • This position may require up to 10% domestic and/or international travel required.
