Position Summary:

Strengthen enterprise pricing maturity by building a structured, repeatable capability for market, competitor, and industry intelligence. This role provides accurate, organized external data and reporting to support corporate pricing teams.

PositionResponsibilities:

1. Competitive Pricing Intelligence
  • Collect and track competitor pricing, promotions, and discount activity across channels and regions.
  • Maintain competitive price indexes and benchmarking datasets.
  • Flag notable competitive changes for review by corporate pricing teams.
2. Market & Industry Monitoring
  • Monitor industry trends, cost drivers, regulatory updates, and macroeconomic factors relevant to pricing.
  • Summarize key developments in standardized reporting formats.
  • Maintain a structured, well-organized market intelligence repository.
3. External Data Integration
  • Integrate competitive and market data into dashboards, price books, and recurring reports.
  • Coordinate with Data & Analytics resources to automate data collection and external data feeds.
  • Validate data quality and ensure alignment with internal pricing structures.
4. Reporting & Insight Support
  • Prepare recurring competitive and market intelligence reports for corporate pricing team.
  • Highlight meaningful changes or anomalies in competitor or market activity.
  • Provide clean, validated datasets for deeper analysis by global pricing stakeholders.
5. Cross-Functional Support
  • Work with Sales, Marketing, Product, to gather external inputs and ensure consistent intelligence flow.
  • Follow global pricing governance standards for documentation, data handling, and reporting.

Position Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:
  • Bachelor's in business, Economics, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field
  • Coursework in market research, analytics, or competitive intelligence preferred
Experience:
  • 5- 7 years in market research, competitive intelligence, pricing support, or data analysis
  • Experience collecting and organizing competitive pricing data from public sources
  • Familiarity with industry reports, trade publications, and market monitoring tools
  • Experience in preparing recurring intelligence reports for internal teams
  • Back-office or shared-services experience preferred

Certification / License (Preferred):
  • Market Research certifications (e.g., Insights Association, Coursera Market Research)
  • Google Data Analytics or similar analytics certificates
  • Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt (for process discipline)

Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong Excel for data organization and analysis
  • Experience with Power BI/Tableau for simple dashboards or visual summaries
  • Ability to manage structured data repositories
  • Basic understanding of pricing structures and competitive benchmarking
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in data collection
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining structured intelligence repositories
  • Clear written communication for summaries and reporting
  • Ability to follow standardized processes and work independently
  • Comfortable supporting global teams across time zones

  • Sedentary work with extended periods of computer use
  • Occasional work in warehouse/manufacturing plant.
Must be able to wear required Personal Protective equipment (PPE)
