They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations, through to pricing and availability. Crucially, however complex the question, they're ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers' needs via phone, chat, web or email.

What you'll achieve:

As a Specialist, you will own a defined product set, responding to customer inquiries with accurate configurations and clear guidance. You will collaborate with Inside Sales to qualify needs, prepare quotes, and ensure availability and delivery expectations. You will contribute to playbooks and knowledge articles that improve team efficiency and customer experience.
