Description:

The Project Coordinator Intern provides administrative, coordination, and documentation support to project managers and project teams. The role ensures that projects run smoothly by maintaining schedules, tracking documentation, coordinating meetings, and supporting governance and reporting processes throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Coordination & Administration
    • Support project managers in planning, executing, and closing projects
    • Track project milestones, deliverables, and dependencies
    • Support communication between project team members, vendors, and stakeholders
    • Act as a point of contact for project-related administrative queries
  • Documentation & Reporting
    • Prepare and maintain project documentation (e.g., project plans, status reports, meeting minutes)
    • Ensure project records are accurate, up to date, and stored according to governance standards
    • Compile regular project status reports for stakeholders and management
    • Support audits, compliance, and project assurance activities
    • Maintain project data in project management tools (e.g., SAP)


Education
  • Active students (D3/D4/S1, max 8th semester) from Electrical Engineering major.
Technical & Professional Skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); SharePoint experience preferred;
  • Familiar with AutoCAD
  • Basic understanding of project management methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, or Hybrid)
  • Experience with project tracking and reporting tools
