Schneider Electric is hiring a HSE Intern in Jakarta-Cilandak, JK. This is a full-time position.

The HSE Intern will support the Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) team in managing and maintaining the Contractor Safety Passport program. The role focuses on data management, document verification, compliance tracking, and coordination with the Supply Chain team.

What will you do:
  • Manage and maintain the Contractor Safety Passport database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
  • Process, update, and monitor contractor records and HSE compliance status.
  • Verify and validate contractor documents against company safety requirements.
  • Prepare and maintain trackers, reports, and dashboards using Microsoft Excel.
  • Generate periodic reports on Contractor Safety Passport status, renewal tracking, and compliance metrics.
  • Collaborate closely with the Supply Chain team to ensure contractor compliance with HSE requirements.
  • Follow up on missing, expired, or incomplete documentation.
  • Support HSE administrative activities, documentation control, and record management.
What qualifications will make you successful:
  • Active student (7th semester maximum) studying Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Public Health, or related field.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, IF formulas, Conditional Formatting, Data Validation).
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and maintaining data accuracy.
  • Ability to prepare structured reports and compliance trackers.
  • Basic understanding of HSE and workplace safety principles.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with Supply Chain and cross-functional teams.
  • Proactive, responsible, and eager to learn.
