Employer Branding Partner

What will you do?

• Develop and launch employer branding campaigns that highlight our culture and employee value proposition across multiple channels
• Craft engaging content for social media, career sites, and job postings that speaks directly to target talent communities
• Track and analyze recruitment marketing metrics to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement
• Collaborate with talent acquisition and HR teams to ensure branding aligns with hiring strategies and organizational culture

• Digital marketing - intermediate level; executing multi-channel campaigns that drive candidate engagement and awareness

• Collaboration - intermediate level; partnering across HR, marketing, and business units to deliver cohesive messaging
