• In this role, you will be supporting the business leaders in gaining market share, generating sales and growth by creating loyal, self-sustaining, valuable channel named Contractor, System Integrators, Distributors partners as well as ecosystem such as design firms, associations that add value to Schneider Electric solutions.
• Define GTM of the assigned channel, understand main market targeted by the channel
• Channel strategy and programs
• Execute channel growth plan
• Execute channel saturation plan (width and depth)
• Define cross selling opportunities

Qualifications

• Engineering Degree preferably major in Electrical Engineering. Marketing Degree is a plus.
• At least 3-5 years experience in sales, operational marketing, channel development, business development in similar industries.
• Attention to details, self-starters, proactive, ability to learn, result-oriented, good organization & planning skills, good business sense, performs well under a high pressure and dynamic environment.
• Excellent spoken & written English, good verbal & written communication, presentation/reporting, analytical skills. Good computer skills
