This position reports into Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) Senior Manager and is based at the manufacturing site in Jakarta, Indonesia.

What will you do
Plant Planning Lead is responsible for driving the planning processes in the manufacturing plant (Materials Requirement Planning - MRP and Detailed Scheduling - DS), ensuring customer service levels are met as per targets, with optimum inventory level as per entitlement model.
Key Responsibilities
Team Management & Stakeholder Management:
• Directly manages a team of on-site MRP planners and production schedulers to execute Materials Requirement Planning and Detailed Scheduling processes.
• Acts as deputy lead to Materials Requirement Planning (MRP) Senior Manager and is aware and involved in critical projects within the plants.
• Represent PLAN in Plant Leadership Team and escalate all plant issues accordingly.
• Play a leading role in developing, communicating, and maintaining relationship with local suppliers
Materials Requirement Planning:
• Responsible for executing and coordinating all activities related to the planning and the supply of raw and pack materials (MRP Control, MRP Execution, Materials Scheduling).
• Responsible and accountable for the conversion of the Master Production Schedule and the detailed schedule into requirements and ensure the right quantity of components is available at the production line to execute the production plan.
• Optimize flow of materials from suppliers to production line balancing inventory targets, warehouse space and productions plan while minimize storage costs and SLOB.
Detailed Scheduling:
• Generating, updating and maintaining the detailed production schedule within the appropriate horizon to deliver customer service, in line with run strategy.
• Resolving manufacturing issues and communicating potential impact to relevant supply chain business partners. Responsible to track plan execution to ensure the right inventory health of the network.
• Responsible to track plan execution to schedule attainment.
Others:
• Bring to life and become an ambassador of Kenvue's behaviors, purpose and values.
• Subject Matter Expert for MRP and Detailed Scheduling processes
What we are looking for
Required Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field preferred
• At least 8 years working experience, preferably in a production environment
• Proficiency with software application - Excel, SAP and planning/scheduling tools.
• Has good understanding of financial flows and associated product flows.
• Proactive thinker, meticulous, rigorous with a problem-solving mindset.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact with management
• In depth Supply Planning knowledge and its discipline
• Able to see the big picture as well as deep dive into the details in both processes, execution and systems
• Able to communicate and present clearly, making the complex clear and compelling to all levels of the organization in both written & oral forms.
• Able to make decisions based on data and business acumen.
• Able to influence at his level within the Supply Chain, Finance & other key cross functional partners, in a matrix environment and externally.
• Able to develop and coach teams from all cultures and geographies.
• Customer and business focused - determined to deliver successful outcomes in a cost-effective way.
