Perform proper preventive, corrective and predictive maintenance in machines, equipment, and tooling; keep the production lines running in stable way, Responsible of optimize times, productivity and performance of production lines. Spare parts request for machines and tooling's, keep your lines within the 5s methodology, domain in the interpretation of electrical and schematic diagrams as well as knowledge of diagnostic tools.

What you Will do

• Keep the machines running stably.
• Solve problems that affect the production line.
• Maintain attrition and scrap levels as established by the company.
• Request spare parts for assigned equipment.
• Responsible for the downtime, productivity, and yield of the machines under his charge.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance with quality, according to the procedures established by the company.
• Speed and agility in external and internal customer requirements.

Who you are

• 3 years of experience in similar position (PCB area)
• Interpretation of electrical and schematics diagrams
• Knowledge of diagnostic tools such as oscilloscope, multimeter, amperemeter, vernier.
• Technical knowledge in hydraulics, pneumatics, electrics, electronics.
• Knowledge of preventive and corrective maintenance in equipment's of SMT, Backend, Plastic injection machines, high- and low-pressure molding, laser marking and cutting machines, compressors, Air-conditioning, ABC Robot.

What Will put you ahead

• Experience in automated equipment, interacting with Robots and automated cells
• English conversational
