Your Job

As an IT Systems Analyst, you will be responsible for the management of the day-to-day support activities and delivery of IT/OT Infrastructure projects and initiatives. This is a hands-on technical role that includes direct ownership of site IT Infrastructure, including network, wireless, server, and other devices. A candidate who enjoys learning and implementing new emerging technologies will thrive in this role.

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven IT administrator to join our dynamic infrastructure team at our Guadalajara 2 facility.

What You Will Do

• Implement and support critical IT infrastructure services.
• Develop, maintain, and grow strong relationships with local plant stakeholders and decision makers.
• Optimize IT infrastructure to support key business initiatives.
• Continually evaluate and improve support processes to maximize efficiency and ensure a positive consumer experience.
• Utilization of critical thinking skills and developing business cases in order to evaluate and implement solutions in the infrastructure space.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

• IT infrastructure support experience
• Experience installing, configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting LAN and wireless network environments.
• English skills verbal and written.
• Proven experience to prioritize, organize, and coordinate simultaneous tasks/projects.
